Booking notifications update

• Booking notifications now send consistently for admin-triggered changes and key lifecycle events such as creation, modification, and cancellation. This ensures operators and users receive timely and reliable communication. Operators can manage these templates under Settings → Notifications → Booking. (MOB-905, MOB-968)

Link damage reports to tasks

• Operators can now link a damage report directly to a task, visible from both sides. This simplifies coordination between Operations and Maintenance and provides a better overview and navigation. (MOB-613)

New Dashboard

General

• Added a collapsible navigation menu to create more workspace on screen. (MOB-985)

  

• The vehicle-state dropdown now previews whether a change will make a vehicle available or unavailable, preventing mistakes during assignment. (MOB-389)

  

  
  

• The Damages table now includes new filters for Reported Branch, Current Branch, Vehicle Category, Damage Parts, Reported By, Caused By, and Updated At. Sorting by Created At, Updated At, Caused By, and Parts is also supported. These updates let operators quickly find recent or specific damages and ensure consistent results across pagination, search, and refresh. (MOB-393, MOB-912, MOB-902, MOB-913, MOB-914, MOB-970)

• Fixed an issue where the “More” menu in Rental → Vehicle sometimes failed to open. All actions are now accessible. (MOB-1041)

• Fixed an issue that caused invoice modals to render incorrectly when only one invoice existed. (BUS-1118)

• Fixed inconsistent behavior when uploading vehicle icons. All color variants now upload successfully. (MOB-993)

Platform

General

• Vehicles can now be considered for assignment once their charge level reaches the defined Target Charge Level, reducing idle time and making vehicles available faster. (MOB-693)

• Fixed an issue where uploading damage photos could fail. Attachments now upload reliably without errors. (MOB-1018, MOB-1019, MOB-1020)

• Fixed an issue where multi-step vehicle actions sometimes didn’t complete. All actions now run in the correct order. (MOB-1022)

• Fixed an issue that prevented operators from creating customer-care vouchers with decimal values in the dashboard. Voucher amounts now support decimals where applicable, preventing incorrect high-value vouchers. (BUS-1160)

• Improved Yadea vehicle telemetry and diagnostic reporting for more accurate data in the dashboard. (MOB-1047, MOB-1044)

• Added an /actions/reboot endpoint for IoT devices to the Hardware API. (MOB-1033)
