
Enhanced Issue Management: We have streamlined how you handle vehicle issues. You can now create or link an Issue directly from a Damage record, automatically linking the two for a better audit trail. Additionally, the Issues table now supports Advanced Filtering by License Plate, Title, Customer ID, and Date Range, making it easier to triage your workload.

Tasks & Bookings Analytics: We introduced two new pages under the Analytics section: Tasks and Bookings.
These embed dedicated Liveboards that visualize performance and activity trends. You can filter by time range and specific users ("updated by") to better understand operational efficiency and booking metrics.

Braze Deep Linking Support We have updated the mobile app to support deep linking from Braze campaigns. You can now send push notifications or in-app messages that navigate users directly to specific screens (e.g., Wallet, Subscriptions, pre-filling a voucher code) instead of just opening the app home screen, reducing friction in user journeys around marketing campaigns.
Business Account Rental Fix: Fixed a bug where users were unable to start new personal rentals after leaving a Business Account. The app now correctly resets the booking context.
Onfido SDK Upgrade: Replaced the Onfido Web SDK with the native React Native SDK. This improves the stability and user experience of the identity verification flow during registration and rental requirements.
Deep Link Stability: Fixed a bug where opening the app via a deep link (e.g., /login) when not logged in could cause the user to get stuck on the splash screen.
Tasks & Bookings Analytics: Added two new Analytics pages that embed the Tasks and Bookings Liveboards from ThoughtSpot. Both pages support global time and user filters.
Booking Event Accuracy: Fixed a bug where viewing historical Booking Events displayed the current vehicle state (e.g., battery level) instead of the state at the time of the event. It now correctly shows the historical snapshot.
Issue Filtering: Added new filters to the Issues table, allowing operators to search by Vehicle License Plate, Issue Title, Customer ID, and Date Range.
Create Issue from Damage: Added a "Create Issue" action directly within the Damage details panel. This streamlines the workflow for operators processing new vehicle damages, and gives Issue Owners a complete overview of what needs to be billed.
Telemetry Versions: The "Connected Device" and vehicle telemetry views can now display detailed firmware version information for OKAI vehicles (IoT, ECU, Modem, Bluetooth) to assist with troubleshooting.
Task Status Webhooks: A new webhook event (task-updated) is available. This triggers whenever a task status changes (Started, In-Progress, Completed), enabling real-time integrations with external tools like Zendesk.
Task Automation Fix: Closed a gap where newly introduced vehicle service states were not available for selection in Task Automation rules.
Beginner Mode: Added backend logic to support "Beginner Mode" speed limits via API. This allows configuring a reduced maximum speed profile for specific users or rentals.
