Release 23-2026 - Multi-Benefit Support for Subscriptions, Packages and Promotions

Release 23-2026 - Multi-Benefit Support for Subscriptions, Packages and Promotions

Highlights

  • Multi-Benefit Voucherables go live end-to-end: Operators can now configure Subscriptions, Packages, and Promotions that combine multiple benefits in a single offer. Unlocking attractive benefit combinations with applicability scopes (e.g. excluding certain surcharges or distance overage) per-benefit.

  • Station conflict time window The lookahead window the stations overview uses to flag capacity conflicts can now be set per operator instead of being fixed at 15 days. This gives operators a conflict view that matches their actual planning horizon, so teams see the conflicts that matter for current planning rather than conflicts further into the future.

Mobile App

Requires the latest app version (3.6.0 / 3.6.1). Contact your Customer Success Manager for details.

General

  • Free-minute vouchers, packages, and subscriptions now display as minutes: Free-minute based offers and vouchers are shown in minutes instead of a monetary amount across the rider app, so riders see balances and offers in the unit that actually applies to them. Complements the Free Minutes wallet visibility from CW20.

  • Sign-in reliability when settings fail to load: Failure to fetch app settings now results in the Offline Screen, with the app attempting to re-fetch settings in the background. This resolves an issue where riders could occasionally land on the wrong login method when their first settings fetch failed.

  • App no longer crashes on open for affected iOS riders: Resolved a Mapbox native SDK crash that prevented some iOS riders from opening the app on the first attempt. Reports for the affected crash group have dropped to zero after the fix shipped.

  • Business Account and Subscriptions checkout cleaned up for non-card payment methods: The Business Account modal copy and the Subscriptions checkout now render cleanly for payment methods without a last-four-digit card number (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay). A new translation key businessModalTParagraphAlt handles these non-card payment types, to allow for different language to be used.

  • Updated iOS permission and privacy declarations: Removed unused permission strings (Contacts, Apple Music, Speech Recognition) and refined the Camera, Photo Library, Location, Bluetooth, Face ID, and Tracking purpose strings across the base app and all tenant overlays. Aligns the runtime prompts and the App Privacy report with what the app actually does, supporting cleaner iOS submissions.

Web App

B2B

  • Business Portal now shows on-demand rentals: Business account owners and admins see on-demand rentals in their portal alongside pre-booked trips, removing the gap where on-demand activity invoiced to the business was invisible to the account owner.

New Dashboard

General

  • Multi-benefit configuration UI for Subscriptions, Packages, and Promotion Vouchers: The voucherable editor under Promotions now supports configuring multiple benefits on a single Subscription Plan, Package, or Promotion Voucher. Operators can combine Credit Value, Discounts, Free Unlocks, Rental Rebates, Free Minutes, Insurance Entitlements, and Package Discounts in one configuration, with each redemption tracked individually so usage analytics stay accurate even for stacked benefits.

  • Promotion vouchers can be created without a code: The Code field is now optional on Promotion voucher creation, and the system will auto-generate a randomized code if the field is left blank.

  • New voucher codes show up in the Localization tool: Resolved an issue where new voucher codes did not get translation keys created and therefore did not appear in the localization tool.

  • Vehicle Cards export shows assignment details correctly: The Vehicle Assignment column in the Vehicle Cards CSV export now renders the actual assignment information instead of an unreadable raw value. Operators relying on this export to audit vehicle-to-card assignments at the branch level can again use it directly without a manual data pull.

B2B

  • Find and manage users in business accounts more easily: Business account management in the Dashboard now lets operators search for users instead of requiring a User ID, and the Owner dropdown is searchable and limited to active members. This removes the friction of checking whether a user is already in a business account, assigning admin or owner roles, and approving or directly adding users.

Platform

Booking

  • Station conflict time window The lookahead window the stations overview uses to flag capacity conflicts can now be set per operator instead of being fixed at 15 days. This gives operators a conflict view that matches their actual planning horizon, so teams see the conflicts that matter for current planning rather than conflicts further into the future.

API

General

  • Direct device access API now available as a value-added service: A new operator-grade API provides direct access to fleet devices through the Platform API, enabling actions such as firmware updates. The API is available as a value-added service and requires the relevant permissions. Its OpenAPI specification is published in public-api-docs, giving integration partners a documented way to build against it.

  • Filter available vehicles by maximum State-of-Charge: The getAvailableVehicles endpoint accepts a new maxStateOfCharge query parameter alongside the existing minStateOfCharge. Integrators can now request vehicles within a State-of-Charge range, useful for surfacing vehicles that still need a charge cycle, scheduling charging tasks, or excluding fully-charged vehicles from specific flows.

Data / BI

General

  • Branch filter on D1–D3 dashboards now applies on selection: The Branch filter on the Monetization Intelligence (D3) and related D1/D2 dashboards now scopes all tiles to the selected branch immediately, instead of leaving the page unchanged or requiring a manual refresh. Operators viewing performance per branch see consistent numbers across tiles.

  • Actual pick-up and return times added to the bookings export: The "List of bookings (last month)" report now includes actual pick-up and return times alongside the booked times, enabling deeper reconciliation between planned and realized usage.

  • Custom transit-operator report returns booked hours correctly again: Resolved a bug where a transit operator's custom station-occupation report returned 0 total_booked_hours for many station/month combinations despite the dashboard showing bookings. The query has been corrected so the report can again be used to drive station network decisions (expansions, downsizing, closures).

  • Daily export no longer duplicates rentals that end shortly after midnight: Resolved an issue in the standardized last-24-hour export where rentals ending between 00:00 and 00:02 could appear in two consecutive day exports. The date filter is now tightened so a rental ending on Day X only appears in the Day X export.
