• Sign-up payment and sign-up-fee steps now driven by backend configuration: The mobile sign-up flow now consumes the backend-driven step configuration for the payment method and sign-up fee steps, honoring each step's skip behavior independently instead of a single blanket skip. Also handles the Adyen obligatory-credit-card branch and treats joining a business account as completion of the payment step. Foundation for the broader sign-up rework.

• Pre-rental damage report no longer bypassable via the camera permission dialog: Riders granting camera access for the first time during the pre-rental damage inspection were being placed directly into an active rental after returning from the OS permission dialog, silently skipping the damage report. The flow now returns to the damage report screen so it can be completed before the rental starts. Note: a separate bypass path via app restart is tracked in a follow-up ticket.

• Walking time stays visible for long station names: The walking-time indicator next to a docking station's name was being pushed off-screen for stations with long names on both Android and iOS. Layout now keeps the walking time visible regardless of name length.

• Insurance pricing shown correctly on the vehicle sheet: The vehicle sheet now displays the insurance description instead of the generic prompt message, and shows configured pricing components (base price plus per-minute rates) accurately for the legacy pricing setup. New pricing bundles are tracked in a follow-up.

• New vehicle sheet refinements: Multiple improvements to the new vehicle sheet, including a redesigned third-level actions area (Locate and Tailbox now sit in a dedicated space rather than being crowded next to the primary action), a compact payment selector above the action buttons for quick account switching (e.g. Personal vs. Business), an operator-configurable option to hide the estimated price during active rentals to avoid rider confusion when the shown price doesn't reflect surcharges or vouchers, and design polish for the info banner styling, insurance badge alignment, and pricing string layout. Only affects operators using the new vehicle sheet.
