Marketing and analytics you can act on, with rider consent built in: A new help-centre article lists every app and server event the platform sends to Braze and AppsFlyer, grouped by rider journey, with when each fires, the properties it carries and the app version it needs. Your marketing team can build campaign triggers and attribution straight from it. Rider data now reaches marketing tools only when the rider has consented, and three new Braze attributes (remaining credit, remaining free minutes and default payment method) give you the segments for top-up and payment-method campaigns. Find the article under Integrations & APIs: App events for Braze and AppsFlyer.
Smarter Vehicle State Checks Before Stopping: Before auto-park or auto-end stops a vehicle, the platform can now confirm from the vehicle’s own reports that it is really standing still: speed and distance within limits set for your fleet, and a connection that held throughout the idle period. A vehicle that cannot show this is left alone and checked again on the next run, so a rider still moving, or briefly out of signal, is not parked or ended mid-ride.
Requires the latest app version. Contact your Customer Success Manager for details.
Minute Package Purchases Now Appear in Wallet History: After buying a minute package, riders can see the purchase in the "Voucher and package history" section of the wallet, including its validity period and remaining usage. Previously the history showed no entries after a purchase.
Redirect Payment Flow Opens in the In-App Browser: Payment methods that use a redirect (such as certain bank-transfer options) now open inside the app rather than switching to an external browser, making it easier for riders to return to the app after completing payment.
Vehicle Deeplinks Now Load Reliably: Opening a deeplink to a specific vehicle now consistently loads and focuses that vehicle on the map. A race condition between deeplink resolution and vehicle fetching previously caused the target vehicle to fail to open in some cases intermittently.
Service Bookings Retain the Selected Vehicle: Creating a service booking from a vehicle's row in the station calendar now correctly assigns that vehicle to the booking. Previously, the booking was saved with "Auto-assign" regardless of which vehicle row was used, requiring manual correction.
Zero-Priced Additions Configurable in Pricing Bundles: Operators can now set addition prices to €0.00 directly in the Booking Pricing Bundles configuration in the Dashboard.
Ending Timeslot Rates on On-demand Pricing Bundles: Operators can now configure and view ending timeslot pricing on on-demand pricing bundles. The bundle creation flow lets operators choose between ending and cumulative rate types, and the editing view displays the configured rate table.
Immobilizer and Key Holder Events in the Vehicle Activity Log: The vehicle activity log now records when the immobiliser is switched on or off and when a key is inserted into or removed from the in-vehicle key holder. Customer support teams can use these events to reconstruct exactly what happened with a vehicle during or after a trip.
Driving Log Entries Now Show the Time: Each driving log entry shows the time next to its date, and the time is set when an entry is added or edited. Times follow the branch’s time zone, matching the trip times shown on the same page.
Damage Detail Reliably Opens in the Dashboard: Opening a damage record in the Dashboard no longer shows an error page for records that contain certain data combinations. Affected damage records now load correctly so operators can inspect and update their status.
Refund Screen No Longer Crashes for Multi-lIneitem Invoices: Opening the refund view in the Dashboard for invoices that previously triggered a loading failure and white error page now loads correctly, allowing operators to process refunds without needing to refresh the page.
Blank Localization Overrides Can Now Be Saved: Operators can save a blank text override (for example, to suppress a label on an invoice) in the Dashboard. The Dashboard was trimming whitespace-only values and refusing to save them; it now matches the platform's previous behaviour but shows a clear warning that the field will be empty.
Reservation Toggle Now Visible in Vehicle Category Behaviour Settings: The "Enable reservation" toggle is now shown under the App Behaviour tab of the vehicle category settings, where operators expect to find it.
The setting was already functional under Policies but was missing from the Behaviour location, causing operators to overlook it during category configuration.
Automated Stops No Longer Sent to Moving or Offline Vehicles: Auto-park and auto-end can now check that a vehicle is really standing still before stopping it, using its reported speed, the distance driven during the idle period and whether it stayed connected throughout. A vehicle that cannot show a standstill is left alone and checked again on the next run, so riders are not parked or ended mid-ride. The checks are enabled per operator, with limits set for your fleet, so ask your Customer Success Manager to switch them on.
Auto-Secure No Longer Cuts Power When a Rider Resumes: When an end user resumes a paused rental through the app, the vehicle switches on and stays on. Auto-secure now waits for the resume to complete before judging the vehicle, instead of treating it as a paused vehicle left running. Vehicles that really are left running on a paused rental are still secured as before.
Pricing Error Eliminated for Zero-Cost Rental Additions: Starting a rental that includes an addition priced at €0.00 no longer shows "Pricing isn't defined (ODP001)". The pricing resolution now correctly handles additions in pricing bundle assignments when their price is zero.
Rider Tracking Consent Now Applied to Marketing Tool Sends: The backend now checks each rider's consent decision before sending their data to marketing and analytics tools. Riders who declined a provider will no longer have rental events, purchases, or profile updates forwarded to that provider. Their existing profile in the tool is updated to record the refusal.
New Rider Segments Available for Marketing Campaigns: Three new attributes are now sent to Braze for all tenants that use the integration: remaining credit balance, remaining free minutes, and default payment method type. These are updated in real time as vouchers are created or redeemed and as rentals end, giving operators the data they need to run top-up nudge campaigns and payment-method migration campaigns.
Payment Webhook Delivery Made More Reliable: Two race conditions affecting payment webhook delivery have been fixed. First, when both a redirect and a webhook arrive for the same Payone payment event, the system now detects that the source is already active and skips reprocessing, preventing duplicate activation webhooks from being sent. Second, webhook retry batches no longer fail when a webhook call record is deleted between retries, ensuring pending webhook calls are not silently dropped.
Station Availability Loads Faster in the Booking Flow: The endpoint that returns available stations for a chosen date and time has been optimised further. Following an earlier improvement that reduced response times from around 19 seconds to 8 seconds, this update brings typical response times down further, reducing the wait riders experience when picking dates in the booking flow.
Station List in the Back Office Loads Faster for Large Fleets: The station list now counts active parking reservations with a single query per request rather than one query per station. On large tenants, this eliminates thousands of database round trips per page load and removes the multi-second delay operators experienced when opening the station list.
More verified questions in the use case library: The Wunder AI use case library in the help centre now also covers how your month came in, whether cancellations and no-shows are moving, and who your riders are. Each entry gives you the wording to type and tells you where the answer stops being reliable.
See which stations stood empty: Ask Wunder AI which stations had no vehicle over a period, and you get the list with the period it covers stated in the answer. It works for any period in the last six months.
Relative periods are worked out from today’s date: When you ask about “last month” or “the last 6 months”, Wunder AI works out the dates from today and states the range it used in the answer. An unfinished period, such as the current month, is left out unless you ask for it.
