We’re enhancing our payment integrations so more customer and transaction information is shared directly with your payment service provider (PSP), making reconciliation, payment investigations, and fraud monitoring easier. For: Operators using Stripe or Adyen for payments and payouts — especially teams responsible for finance reconciliation, payment operations, and fraud/risk monitoring. Includes: extending our Payments Gateway API to pass and store relevant customer + transaction metadata during key payment flows, including: Payment method and customer creation Charging and capture This metadata will be visible inside Stripe and Adyen dashboards, helping you match PSP transactions to invoices and apply PSP-native tooling (e.g., Stripe Radar, AVS) with better context. Impact: today, operators often lack PSP-level identifiers and references (e.g. invoice IDs), which slows down payout reconciliation and makes investigating payment issues harder. Enriching transactions with relevant metadata improves operational efficiency and strengthens fraud prevention capabilities.
